- My Digs
This room is possibly the most amazing I have ever seen, I don't know if I would ever want to leave!
Relax and unwind in the suspended bubble chair.
Hands down, this is my favorite. Peace, tranquility and water. Perfect. I want this to be my bedroom.
Reclaimed Douglas Fir Timbers. Brushed Hemlock ceilings provided by Appalachian Antique Hardwoods of Waynesville NC.
This would be the guest suite. Plenty of room to stretch out, great views, a cozy fire, outdoor access and most importantly enough private space so that you're not always underfoot crowding the host. The makings of a great visit! (I would add a little coffee bar in the room to make it ideal.)
Perfect colors and I just LOVE the lighting in this room. I do not like bright rooms due to the fact that they just do not have a calming effect. I like that calm and peaceful feeling when I am any room in the house and this room has it all. Awesome!
colors ?, rug position is interesting, end-table chests with drawers & silver pulls
I love simple interiors that can take let you be in contact with nature. Monochrome as I love, with many shades, bringing peace and warmth. It is a great example on how to mix a classic material -brick- with contemporary style.
Use French doors as the entry to a bathroom, another room, or an outdoor space.
@Tbarlow50 Agreed! The minimalist furnishings make a great statement.
Some ideas I like - fireplace setup with shelves, cupboards and TV....too small of a room though.
Very modern...Ive had similar bed. Very hard not to scrape oneself up, getting in and out of bed. Add an earthquake in the middle of the night and expect shins to be all scraped up. Been there, done that exact thing. The floor is beautiful..may be too cold for the tootsies when hopping out of bed.,Atlanta, GA Zestimate: $816K
Would like it even more if all of the furniture was free standing. Makes cleaning so much easier. Since I really like contemporary and mid century this is to my taste. The only addition would be a soft glow of under bed lighting for a night light.
Sleep under the sea with an aquarium encased bedroom.
A view is definitely at the top of my list for our next house?and look at this one!!
@Faith Mormon, what kind of fish would you place in this one-of-a-kind aquarium headboard?

Another guest room with lovely windows, white and breezy trims, gorgeous interesting ceiling details, warm yellow sandy colors used on the walls and bedding, contrasting dark wood furniture!
I love the patterned ceiling and bookshelves in this bedroom!
