Thanks for taking a moment to preview my bio: I was originally born and raised in Richmond, Va. As a kid I lived in the North Side of Richmond, near the baseball "Diamond" (Go Squirrels) Later I lived in Glen Allen, where I attended Dumbarton Elementary, Brookland Middle, and Hermitage High School. I graduated from there in 1988. I then attended Virginia Commonwealth University and ended up graduating in 1994 with a Business Degree.see more
I worked as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of American in Northside Richmond for close to 7 years, then began to buy fixer uppers in Northside, fix them up with a reliable contractor, and sell them for a profit. That evolved into locating properties for investors, and getting paid a finders fee.
Naturally the next step was becoming a real estate agent. I enjoyed meeting people, showing them homes, and helping them through the paperwork process. That was back in the summer of 2001.
In August of 2003 I was awarded my real estate license from Moseley Flint in Richmond, VA. Since then I have been assisting buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market in Richmond. I specialize in low/no maintenace-free lifestyles. That is locating condos or townhouses for people looking for a place that is maintenance-free.
I have won numerous awards over the years for achieving sales goals, while helping others realize their dreams of home ownership. I have sold over 150 condos and townhouses in my career, 50 single-family homes, and 100 lots.
With all that said I certainly look forward to helping you find real estate in the Greater Richmond area. Although I specialize in the sale of condos and townhouses, I consider myself experienced in single-family home sales too.
