Responsible for managing and negotiating all in-house short sale transactions, REO sales, standard sales, distress sales, overseeing escrow operations and purchase offers; Certified multiple offers negotiator. Audit transaction files for DRE compliance, review appraisals, Title, escrow instructions, purchase contracts, disclosures for accuracy and completeness, order all third party reports, completions, and work orders. Interact with outside vendors and Account Executives, responsible for obtaining new business partner relationships, complete Broker packages as required, answer all questions regarding escrow & offer status, monitoring offers & escrow pipeline efficiently. Represented over 40 different lending institutions. Assisted with showings of multi-million dollar real estate assets, attended inspection appointments, and served as the Closing Manager for the largest REO Team in the Country from 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012; translating into over 1 Billion in real estate sales.
