    It's been a week and a half since Tom left after not completing my shade install. There were no side caps for the header so one side is metal and the other, plastic. The cords are awful and even Tom thought so. He said he would look into changing them to spring rollers or at worst, a metal chain as the huge plastic ones looked really tacky and didn't work right. Silestone in a wet sand color line the perimeter while a ocean green Brazillian granite island take center stage.
