California Standards Test (CST)

In 2011-2012 California used the California Standards Tests (CSTs) to test students in English language arts in grades 2 through 11; math in grades 2 through 7; science in grades 5, 8 and 10; and history-social science in grades 8 and 11. Middle and high school students also took subject-specific CSTs in math and science, depending on the course in which they were enrolled. The CSTs are standards-based tests, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of California. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the tests.

Although the largest middle school in the district Albiani continues to be one of the top performing schools and improves each and every year. Fantastic students parents and staff.

This school is great. Very nice teachers and staff they take care and make sure the correct placement of the students. If you struggle the teachers will gladly have you and give extra help if you need it. The only way your child doesn't succeed is if he/she are not RESPONSIBLE enough to ask for help.

This school is great all of the teachers are great. If you struggle through anything just ask your teacher and she/he will help you right away. && you can also get tutor at school. Like on Thursday is math I believe so come to school at 8ish then get tutor as long as you want til the bell rings. Best thing is that Thursday you start at 9.

Thsi is a good school if you have a perfect child w ith no learning problems. However if your student struggles with learning this is NOT the place for you! Albiani has some of the most uncaring adults working here. This attitude is encouraged by the principal. When they get called on their unprofessionalism sarcasm rears its ugly head! Too bad. This could be a gret school but the "professionals" need some attitude adjustments.

In comparison to middle school we transferred from this school is far from an 8. The administrative staff is non responsive and have been very difficult to deal with. However the student counselors have been very good helping my child adjust and most of her teachers are very nice. If administration would step up my rating would change.

My daughter started middle school this year and she loves to go each day. She has outstanding grades so far and that is enough of an indication to me that this is a great school!

This school is one of the best schools a child could go to. The teachers are great. My son was really bad at reading but his elective AVID helped him with his studies and knowhe get 100% on test. I would recommend this school to a parent.

Academically it's a great school. Teachers are very engaged with the students and go the extra mile by being available for tutoring before school during lunch and after school. I also love "School Loop" the online tool that allows parents to check students' grades assignments contact teachers etc.

KAMS does not meet up to expectations. This school is the worst school in the EGUSD.The teachers do not care about the students. Do not send your kids to Albiani

i just have to say its a really good school and it has great activities for students to learn and explore the wonders of the world

The staff is realy freindly and the people there are only a little nice (Students). The down side is that most students are very immature and kind of easy to make friends here. I wouldnt actually call this school awesome.

Its a great school and it a school that always thinks about their students.

This is the best school i have ever gone to. There are many choices you can make but not to many to where your allowed to leave the school. I have never seen or heard about a mean teacher. I have Mr. Swain (my criminology teacher who is my favortie teacher) Mr. P (he always has a story to tell and by far is the funniest teacher I have ever had) Mr. Allen( He is probably one of my nicest teachers ever he even plays music of our choice why we work) Ms. Collins ( she is very funny layed back and is one of my funniest teachers) Ms. Reck ( she is so nice that when I was sick at the end of the first quarter she put my grade as an incomplete so I wouldnt get a bad grade) and finally Ms. Johnson( she is very nice and when we have to make up a run she lets us get out of warm ups and class to make it up). They also have a very nice staff. There are barely any fights and I never (any day) not want to come to school unless im sick of course.
