Proficiency Assessments for Wyoming Students (PAWS)

In 2011-2012 Wyoming administered the Proficiency Assessments for Wyoming Students (PAWS) in reading, writing and math to students in grades 3 through 8 and 11, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 11. PAWS tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Wyoming. The goal is for all students score at or above the proficient level.

I think the staff is closed minded and allow their political views to influence the curriculum

This school does very little to help those who have difficulty achieving success. Teachers do not seem very helpful if someone is struggling. I have had to hire a private tutor for my child.

We are taught the 6 PILLARS OF CHARACTER and the teachers are great. Not even one month into the first semester we have learned so much. However the office is not very organized with their making of student schedules.
