Excellent kindergarten teachers - made our child love to go to school! Best way to begin an education career.

We moved here three years ago and are so impressed by the quality and care that the staff bestows upon the children. Our children made an easy transition thanks to a new student group that the principal suggested. Our daughter has special needs and the staff is well equiped and pours TLC into their work. There is real community at Sherman as well the entire school has wonderful traditions including student body/ town meetings highlighting the great things the students are up to. Parent involvement is great and encouraged. We find the parents to be kind mellow and active with the school. The entire staff is fantastic including the lunch staff custodians and administration. We're really glad that we moved here. A+++

Fantastic school! We currently have a Kindergartener and a 3rd grader and I couldn't be happier! There is a great deal of parent involvement and the teachers and staff always welcome us. The teachers always go the extra bit to enhance the kids' educations. They really care about each individual. Every effort is also made to accomodate all the kids developmentally - from the most challenged to the gifted. It's a very tight community with the majority of kids walking to school. We're going to miss it dearly when we relocate to the mid-west. Thanks for 4 great years Sherman!
