FK Sweet has a excellent academic program. Where do you find a principal that knows almost all her students by name. Our new Asst.Principal is awsome. Every teacher in this school really cares about your childs education. If a child is struggling they find resources to help them get through it. They have a great music program. Teachers in this school will come in earlier to tutor a student. There is a big parent involvement which is a big factor in schools. The PTO is awesome. They also have a enrichment program which is so amazing. I would tell anyone to put their child on the list for F.K.Sweet. You will love the extracurriculum like Violin Chess Club Music Sounds and much more. This is a school your child will leave with big accomplishments.Everyone plays a big part to get the A status that we have.F.K.Sweet really cares about your child & his education.

I believe that FKS is a great school. However I do not see a race balance in some grades.

This is my daughter's first year in Kindergarten and the staff has made her experience as pleasurable as possible. The principal Debra Snyder and assistant principal Cortina Gray are absolutely fabolous administrators. This school has provided my daughter with educational foundation that she can use to succeed if she were to go to any other school in the world. I highly recommend this school to any parent in the world who is seeking an elementary school for their child. Don't let the neighborhood fool you the curriculum being taught outways any negative image that can be said about the neighborhood. Frances K. Sweet Elementary School is 'Simply the Best.'

I am very proud to let people know that my children attend F.K. Sweet. My husband and I attended private schools our whole lives and planned on sending our children there as well. When we experienced a tour of this school it changed our minds. We love the staff and are so pleased with our children's progress. It is a great school!

FK Sweet Elementary is by far the best school in our area. Not only are the teachers and staff excellent they truly care about the children. They work hand in hand with the parents to raise responsible educated and caring children. They also make a concerted effort to abstain from the monotony of 'cattling' kids and family. The dinner and show events are a huge hit and really remind you of that 'small town' feel!

My son has excelled in all subjects while at FKS. The teachers are very concerned with the education of all students. I am very proud to have my child in such a great school.
