Intermediate schools has a completely different atmosphere than the primary does. Not many smiles on staff nor students faces. It seems like the energy and enthusiasm that children usually have has been driven taken from the children. Yes school does this to some children naturally but all you have to do is step into the primary building for a few seconds and you will see a completely different atmosphere. Teachers seem to distance themselves from the parents and seem to not want any direct communication nor any help in the classroom. The primary teachers had direct communication with the parents and sought out involvement and imput with parents in the classroom. The intermediate could learn alot from how the primary operates. The principal is a very wonderful person but you cannot soar with the eagles when you are stuck around a bunch of pigeons.
