This is such a great school. Even thogh we have strict discipline there are fun assemblies and awsome specials. The teachers here are great too. They are good at what they do and they are dedicated to helping us learn.I have been here since it was built and I have seen it change. Now I'm in 5th grade and I don't want to leave. They are so many after school activities with lots of parents dedicating their time to help. Some of these activities are After School Enrichment Band and Orchestra Science Club and Broadcast News.

Heartland is overall a good school. It has an above average gifted program and excellent art music and PE classes. The school has a short day and allows children plenty of playtime. Two highly recommended teachers are Mr. Grodon and Mrs. Kenny.
