This school needs HELP I mean the principal is LAZY! Most of the teachers are but there are some good ones. The P.E. Teachers are RUDE LAZY and MEAN to the students. The test scores are the worst I don't think we can get any lower! I just can't wait for my child to be done with this school.

Is a JOKE! The principal is lazy and always on the phone and talks to people about her personal life and doesn't do much. I was scheduled to talk with her one morning and got there 3 minutes early but I waited 25 minutes till she was done chatting on the phone UNPROFESSIONAL... Long story short my son was in 8th grade and the P.E. teachers are just as bad. I was told by my son said she brought her little kids in and had a student watch her child. REALLY YOU BRING YOUR LITTLE CHILD IN AND HAVE A STUDENT WATCH THEM WHY YOUR ON YOUR PHONE. Wow I bet that they learned a lot that day in P.E. I have been told that the teachers cuss and threaten the kids in front of them. I don't feel you should send your child there for you and there safety as a parent to another parent.

My son is in 6th grade at MMJH and our experience with bullying has been something to contend with! my son has been bullied a lot ! He has reported this to several different teachers to no avail because shocking no one saw it and no one heard anything. Duh the bullies are not dumb enuf to do it in front of teachers or any staff ! So when my son fought back he got kicked out for 3 days. The next time my son was in the bathroom and another student (we have had problems with since the 3rd grade and the school knows this) pushed my son and my son pushed back cause what should he have done got beat up? this time he got kicked out for 5 days! this is 2 times my son got kicked out for defending himself. Something REALLY SERIOUSLY needs to be done about bulling at this school and for that matter the school district as a whole considering the tragedies we have recently had!!!! It is really to the point that i am afraid for my son to go to school! I thought when we sent our kids to school they were safe!

I am attending this school as of right now as an 8th grader. Some of the older teachers know what they are doing while others not so much. The principle of this school is not very intelligent. The biggest problem is probably bullying. So many children are bullyied in this school and the teachers do not do one single thing about it. I highly reccomend not sending your child to this school. I have begged my parents to let me transfer because the class are not as challenging for me as others. If this school could improve on the staff as well as how they handle bullying and other issues among the students it would be a nice school. Yet I do not see this happening anytime in the future.

this school used to be a good school until they started hiring very young teachers who want things there way and not what is in the best interest of the children. The best thing about this school is the asst prinicipal who actually takes an interest in what goes on in this school.Be sure to stay involved in your childs education if you go to this school or they won't get one to help them futher their education

I just graduated as an 8th grader from MMJH and this school is not a good one. The principle picks favorites. The teachers are good but need to be transfered to a better school. Mrs. Daily is the best 8th grade teacher and Miss Jenkins the 7th. If you are moving to georgetown illinois be prepared for clicks and drama. lots of drama.
