This is a good school. There are students who attend this school and take every opportunity they have to learn and join various sports teams or clubs. Then there are students who just go to school to pass time and hang around in clicks. If only every student really wanted to learn develop social skills and make goals for their future. These students are the future of our country. All students need good leadership and qualified teachers but they also need the examples of parents who show moral responsibility dependability a good work ethic and most of all love. This could be a GREAT school if everyone including some students did their job. I am the grandparent of students who attend North County.

I am an alumna of the school having graduated in 2003. While I attended I was in the AP/Honors classes that were offered and many after school programs including being an athlete and the teachers (at the time) were the highlight of my day. However I have since visited NCHS a few times in the past 7 years and am shocked by the changes. Needless to say a majority of the teachers I had while a student there have moved on and I feel that the atmosphere has altered for the worse. This is probably a reflection of the changing demographics of the area but the installation of security cameras in a suburban high school is never indicative of "good things to come."

I have some great teachers this year. Dr. Profe is great like eveyone else said. He makes learning fun. The school is much better than people say about it. I feel safe at school and most of my teachers care.

My son has Dr. W right now. In the words of my son he is awesome. I really feel that my son is being taken care of academically and personally. I'm really glad Dr. W is here.

I am an alumi of NCHS.. My experience there was great.. The teachers are great.. There responsible and kno how to disciple the students.. I sent to that school from 10-12grade in 2004-2007. I like the security and the cameras actully work.. There is alot of involvment in keeping the students in class and makeing sure NO ONE is late.. My little brother now attends the school and now have more security. but I dont like the way 1 of his teachers lack parent involvment as far as letting the parent kno when the student is falling.. Overall this is a great school..

The focus does not seem to be on academic achievement of all students. Help for students that need more individual instruction and additional resources to assist with areas they are struggling in is nonexistent.
