Great learning environment - dedicated staff who are making great strides in their professional development. Teachers here always put the students' needs first. Even in a down economy this district has found a way to allocate the necessary resources to retain top talent and keep the students as a priority.

I absolutely agree with the 1st review. The school is great. My daughter wenth to Hoffman (now she is in Springman and she misses the good old days back at Hoffman). Now my son is at Hoffman grade 4. The teachers are wonderful the principal Mr. Walters is the best principal ever.I don't think there is any child in his school whom he doesn't know by his or her first name. You can see him often outside of the building greeting the kids in the morning and waving at the parent. Wonderful atmosphere. There is a great communication between teachers and parents. Most teachers are willing to do whatever it takes to help your child their dedication is visible in every step of their work. I just love that school dearly and I recommend it to everyone (cannot say this about Springman....big dissapointment! not comparable to Hoffman at all) Bozena C.

Hoffman is a fantastic school. The best one of District 34. Mark Walters is a great principal and most of the teachers are excellent. They will all work with your children to bring out the best. If you got through Henking or are considering pulling your child out of district 34 at least send them to Hoffman it is awesome there. The school is now grades 3-5 starting this fall.
