Old Greenwich Elementary School is a Wonderful neighborhood school with strong parent involvement combined with a dedicated teaching staff. Our two children loved it and thrived. Both needed some extra support with ADHD and reading challenges their teachers noticed it early and provided it without asking. Very pleased with the results.

This is a wonderful school with an extremely dedicated staff. The teachers are highly qualified and committed.
New principal for 06/07 school year. She is really taking time to understand the parents/student/community. My two children love all of the staff - media art music gym. My youngest attended pre-school at OGS. We walk to school and participate in after school programs (art computers chess sports dance). An early morning and after school program is available to working parents. Very involved parent community.
Great community school very active parents and PTA. Notable focus on test scores excellent befores/afters and music program. Advanced learning available for gifted children special needs programs available for kids requiring attention. Several teachers live in the community. Good physical education during school limited after school sports activities.
Highly recommened to us when we moved! Small town feel many children walk with parents to school. Located in the center of Old Greenwich 'town'.
