Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus (ISTEP+)

In 2011-2012 Indiana used the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus (ISTEP+) assessment to test students in grades 3 through 8 in English/language arts and math, grades 4 and 6 in science, and in grades 5 and 7 in social studies. The ISTEP+ is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Indiana. The goal is for all students to score at the passing level on the test.

Love this school even better than the Private Christian school I moved my 2nd and 3rd grader from a year ago. A small school with a very intimate atmosphere great teachers and administration. Most of the students are country kids and are well mannered and academically up to par. They seem to do everything from preparing them for the Istep to having the flexability to teach to the needs and abilities of every student. My son and daughter are very different in how they process information yet both of them are challenged at a pace that is comfortable and rewarding. I am very pleased to have landed in this district and having my children attend Eden Elementary. They love school and Im glad
