I am going into the Eighth grade this year. For the seventh grade year my teachers were all excellent in helping me if I needed it. They pushed us to reach our potenial. Our school could use some renovation but all other aspects are quite above standard! I Love This School!
i love this school...!!ive been here for 7th grade & 8th grade. yea thiers a few things they need to work on but everything is good...all the teachers help you and mostly everybody is nice... )
This is one the best schools I have ever been to. Ilove this school! Yea sure they're some issues but hey what scool dosen't.
I have just promoted from Hesperia Junior High and I thought it was a graet experience. The teachers there are awesome and really care I was lucky enough to have those teachers. Yes there are somw flaws but every school has them.
I think this is the worst school. The communication with them is ridiculous. There is no control of the children. I am really afraid for my child next year. I am really considering taking her out. I have really good communication with teachers but just the safety of the children really scares me. The school is just old and needs a whole new makeover from building to office staff. One of the worst schools.
Absolutely one of the worst schools I've been connected with in my life. Their leadership is poor and the teachers are in a grind and it's very overcrowded. Terrible food for the children and the PE facilities are old.
My son attended this school for 2 years. Never in my life have I seen such a school. If you have a child in this school I recommend you withdrawl them ASAP. I did.
The dress code needs to be enforced. The clothes that the children are wearing to school is outrages. The children need to be strongly disciplined. They have no respect.
Teachers are so crunched for time to pass the state tests that they are not taking the time to review and re-teach for those you didn't catch on the first time. Parent involvement is horrible. It would help too to have a staff that really cared about the students.
My child does very well in school and that includes the years he attended HJH. However I am very unhappy when it comes to communicating with the teachers. It is very difficult to get homework for your child when he or she is out ill. I have never received a return phone call from any teacher when I requested one. It seems to me that the staff including teachers have very little concern for a parent' concern. In all the years that I have had children in public schools I had no regrets until my child attended HJH. They are very short on people skills.
Hesperia jr high is a great school. I have 2 children in 7th & 8th grade that attend school there. I myself went to school there a very long time ago. My 7th grade student was having alot of trouble staying focused in class & turning in his homework. I was contacted by his very concerned teacher and I sat in on several of his classes which his teacher sugessted I do. It worked wounders he had d's & f's and now he has a's b's and c's. Most teachers dont even take the time to let us know our children are doing badly until it's too late. *I love this school*
Excellent school great teachers teachers helped my child work to his full potential
I have learned alot [from] my child attending. The teachers are wonderful & really care for the students & do what is necissary for the students to perform their best. The safety is bad. I was told there was no garantee for my childs safety even during classtime from the principle. The current principle will give 1 child a warning 1 day & next day a different child can do the samething & get an unfair & harsh punishment when the child has never been in trouble before. Grades don't matter to the principle your child could be a 3.5 Honor roll student & be treated like scum. Your rights dont matter even if you proplery exercise them. They give you your rights to make you believe they are generous. If & when the principle is gone this would be a great school until then believe your child and question all actions.
