A Basement Watchdog battery backup sump pump in additional to a Tane Water Commander water powered sump pump create a triple redundant backup system. All three pumps have separate drain lines and can work in tandem if necessary.
The flooring on the wrap around porch was upgraded from wood planks to trex flooring. The porch has built in speakers. The outdoor light fixtures on the porch, lamppost and garage have all been replaced and upgraded.
The heated, oversized three car garage is 32? by 26? deep. Full attic storage is above the structure. A full scale work area complete with industrial shelving unit lines the back wall.
The property has a 50 foot Sycamore and several Walnuts at the end of the property. Landscaping has been done to the home by its current owners, including the removal and replacement of numerous trees and landscape lighting.
The blue stone patio was added in 2008 and is 20? by 26?.
