My Notes

High up on the 12th floor of this gorgeous sun filled one bed with a very nice open layout. Great kitchen living room access for entertaining. Large windows, this unit has Brazilian cherry, herringbone flooring, Poggenpohl cabinetry and marble bath, new custom lighting, electronic shades. In unit washer and dryer. Tons of sunlight and beautiful view. 24 hr concierge, fitness center, common library. State of the art building in the middle of of Boston. Walk to all of the finest restaurants and shops. This spot is a rental. Valet also. Parking is only $350 per month, otherwise to purchase, is 10's of thousands PLUS additional $190 per month maintenance fee, less expensive to rent. Not many one beds in this building, higher units are going for two times per sq foot.

What I love about the home

All the amenities. Full service building with great, friendly employees. Workout downstairs and walk to a million different restaurants or shops. Steps to everything..

    Market guide

Zillow predicts Back Bay home values will increase 3.8% next year, compared to a 1.4% rise for Boston as a whole. Among Back Bay homes, this home is valued 14.9% less than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 8.1% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Back Bay, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 83% lower than in Boston, and 92.4% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Back Bay home values rise more quickly than other regions in Boston.
