Come live the island life! This gorgeous condo is set on Deer Island in the middle of the Merrimack River. It has a wall of windows out the back to capture the views as well as a large deck looking out over the river. The big kitchen with granite and stainless opens to the dining area and that opens to the massive family room. This home was meant for entertaining. There is a second large LR that could easily be made into a first floor master BR if so desired. The two BR's on the second floor each have their own full bath. The grounds are lovely.
