The rooms are approximately 15' x 15' with 9' ceilings. The kitchen is large enough for a dining table with china cabinet and includes stove, and refrigerator. The back door leads to a fenced yard, which is great for grilling and entertaining. House has central heat and air. New thermal insulated windows for energy efficiency. House has a nice front porch so you can enjoy sitting outside on your porch in the morning drinking your coffee or relaxing in the evening. As you can see from the pictures, this is not a typical rental house. Rent is $700 a month with a security deposit of $900. Yard maintenance is included. Minimum of one year lease. Great access to Fort Benning (approx 18 mins), AFLAC, TSYS, Synovus, BCBS, great shopping and restaurants and downtown entertainment. House is located at 1 Hemlock Drive in Historic Bibb Village, Columbus, Georgia 31904. A $50 application fee is required and a credit/background check will be done.
