Penthouse level with great bay area view. The only penthouse high rise in South San Francisco. Wonderful neighborhood - surrounded by new developments and million dollar homes. Prime location: 10 min. from Downtown San Francisco and 5 min. from SFO.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is ideal for raising a family or enjoy the single life. The neighborhood is surrounded by million dollar homes and new developments. The area is clean and safe. Very close to the city and airport. Two community parks are within walking distance. The fire department is less than 5 minutes away.

What I love about the home

The location is perfect for anyone who loves to live in the city without the city traffic, but enjoys the freedom of suburbia. The building alone speaks for itself: a private parking entrance for owners and a separate for guests. The security is elite: only owners are allowed on their respected floors in conjunction to the common areas: patio, gym, and common room (a reservation area with its own dining room and kitchen - ideal for parties and special occasions). The interior is high end throughout: from the vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops (kitchen and baths), stainless steel finish and hardwood. Lastly, the mountain view is unique to its own: the view is a national reserve for the Elfin and Mission Blue Butterflies indigenous to the San Bruno Mountain.
