The unit has been divided into two separate spaces: approx. 1,000 sf is rented by the American Grilled Cheese Kitchen (In 3rd year of a 5 year lease), and +/- 2,600 sf is rented by Hitpost (1st year of a 3 year lease). The property is ideal for the investor who is looking for income and capital appreciation, but does not care to deal with the headaches that come with building ownership.
