My Notes

This house has an open relaxed floor plan with spectacular mountain views from the North Georgia Mountains to the peaks of Tryon. It is designed to take advantage of these breath taking views and evening sunsets. The floor plan is family friendly making entertaining easy with parking for 20 + cars. What I love about the home

Current Zestimate is much too low. Note that the 10 acres of privacy is adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park. Lot can be sub-divided and a 2 acre lot could be marketed without substantially affecting the current homesite's mountain views.
