My Notes

Edit
This house has an open relaxed floor plan with spectacular mountain views from the North Georgia Mountains to the peaks of Tryon. It is designed to take advantage of these breath taking views and evening sunsets. The floor plan is family friendly making entertaining easy with parking for 20 + cars. The family room is comfortable, inviting and serves well as a gathering place for guests. The adjoining kitchen has spacious storage with stainless steel appliances, silestone countertops with a full length island. Off kitchen is a full pantry with additional oven and sink. Another storage pantry near the dining room. Serving areas are plentiful. The master suite has two bedrooms connected by a master closet and master bath that is handicapped accessible with a curbless shower. The main entrance opens up to a library and parlor with the dining room just beyond. The second story offers a versatile floor plan for an office, family living, or additional sleeping as well as a large bedroom suite, behind the garage bays is a work shop with a 3/4 bath. A second set of stairs connects to a bonus room above the garage. This entire area could easily be converted into a mother-in-law suite. There is a basement under the workshop for lawn equipment. The home features a wrap-around porch providing several sitting areas.
