Wonderful ranch in popular quiet subdivision lives larger than it looks. Great hardwood flooring, neutral tasteful decor. Beautiful dining overlooking the huge private yard. So much kitchen & dining storage! Quality updated two full baths with nice ceramic tiling, one with whirlpool tub. Very spacious lower level is partially finished and offers so much more space for additional living options. Great space, lots of storage. Oversized 2-car attached garage. Lovely lot with nice landscaping to enhance the curb appeal. Horseheads School District and convenient to all shopping and I-86.

What I love about the home

As a woodworker, I have loved the 550 square foot shop in the basement, along with the separate10x12 laundry and and 10x17 storage area. These spaces are all separated from the 440 square foot finished basement area. It is very comfortable both winter and summer.
