Taken from 2012 Appraisal: The subject features a front porch, large crawl area, rear deck, built in shelving, extended lighting, recessed lighting, crown molding, granite countertops & ceiling fans throughout. HVAC was in satisfactory condition at time of inspection. The subject is considered to be in very good condition and of very good quality. The subject floor plan is favorable and is considered upscale & custom for surrounding area. No functional or external obsolescence were noted at time of inspection. Other than any possible items that may be noted on a home inspection report (if one was requested or performed), the appraiser, at time of inspection did not note any repairs effecting marketability. What I love about the home
