MY OWNER IS VERY MOTIVATED AND SAYS - BRING ME AN OFFER!!I may need work, but I will be worth it when I'm compleeted! I am a 4 bedroom-2 bath Colonial located on a corner lot, I have plenty of room for a growing family. My owners completed some major items when I had my 2nd floor built in 2002, at that time they replaced the roof, furnace, plumbing and my electric was upgraded to circuit breakers. Some of my amenities include pellet stove, original wide pine floors on main floor, wired for a generator, laundry hookups and main floor, 2 driveways and a storage area attached to garage. No, I AM NOT a short sale or foreclosure, I just need someone to buy me and put a little TLC into me......! Oh and by the way I almost forgot to tell you there is a small beach area just 3 streets away and just a few steps away is an area to launch canoes and kayaks..Fun for everyone!  More Less
