Was described as having good flow per appraiser. Basically house done over in good shape - newer roof, windows, insulation, updated wiring. Updated 1st floor bathroom,vaulted ceiling and room for skylight. Powder room off bedroom second floor. Shedport combined- 8x12 shop with electric, loft storage above with attached carport (winter) or /screenhouse in summer 10x12. Deck from house flows to rear deck, garden and elec. lights for eve b'que, garden. flows to shedport for use in summer as screenhouse.

What I love about the home

Easy maintenance. Sunny master bedroom, walk-in close. Neighborhood. 10 min. walk Good Harbor Beach. Close to everything but fairly quiet. Nice yard, plum tree. Smallest bedroom has bonus room in attic, used as guest area or home office with skylights, good ventilation, views of salt marsh down street. Local super handy to 128 and stores, 1 mile or so from commuter rail.
