Roof, windows and boiler have all been replaced (2000) Insurance is over $1,000 per year; Taxes are $4,000+ per year.

Elementary school is 1 mile from the house, as is the town center.

What I love about the home

Perennial gardens add great value and make home enjoyable. Large backyard behind barn is a great size to add a pool, enjoy yard games or have a vegetable garden. Barn has set-up for woodstove [does not come with] and is a great space for a studio, and/or parties! Also has a small loft. The large circular drive [unpaved] has entrances on Central Pike and Anthony Road. [Proximity to body shop next door has never been an issue.] Lots of birds, occasional deer or two.
