Custom built traditional home on landscaped corner lot in cul-de-sac at Sommer Brooke Subdivision. Brick, vinyl and synthetic stucco on front around door as well as the windows with dusk to dawn accent lighting with dimmers in the eaves, flood lights and outside the front door is an outlet hooked up to an inside switch for holiday lighting. Sprinkler system with separate water meter which is also hooked up to the outside spigots. There is a security system and the entire home is heated and cooled to include the 2 car side entry garage (710 square feet) and the unfinished basement (1715 square feet). Rheem HVAC units with all security features (overflow) in the attic. Retaining walls in back situated for the perfect place to put a pool. Walk-in to entry foyer and you can go to the formal living room, formal dining room, upstairs or to the grandroom. Deep tray ceilings with extra crown molding in formal areas and wainscoting in the living room. There are solid walls for flat screen TV mount on two walls in the formal living room, 2 walls in the grandroom (which includes over the fireplace) and one wall in the master bedroom. Speaker system in grandroom and on the deck with an IT closet in the foyer hallway under the stairs, for TV, DVD, cable/satellite, internet, receivers, etc. (all electronics). Wall in grandroom has remote receiver. It is wired for 7:1 surround sound but actually has 5:1 surround sound. Between the dining room and kitchen, there is a gallery with wet bar, small refrigerator with icemaker, pull out drawers and open to grandroom for serving. Kitchen features microwave/convection oven hood, dishwasher, disposal, conventional/convection wall oven and additional built-in microwave. The gas cooktop, fireplace and grille outlet on the upstairs deck are all on natural gas. Large center island. Granite countertops throughout to include kitchen, gallery, laundry room and all baths. All custom cabinetry throughout. 3 way switches in most rooms so you can turn lights on when you come in and then as you go out the other door, you can switch them off. Split receptacles in most rooms to allow you to turn on lamps from the switch. Half bath on main level is set up for a strong room during tornados. Breakfast area features a bar as well as space for your table and chairs. Guest bedroom is situated off to back side of this area, so it is very private with its own full tiled bath. Laundry room has a chute from the upstairs bath into a closet, as well as a laundry tub and custom cabinets. Master bedroom has deep tray ceiling with extra crown molding and 2 walk-in closets. The bath features all tile and granite with a walk-in shower that has three shower heads (one with a wand ??? great for cleaning). No need for a shower curtain. His and her vanities have the higher countertops and desk space, Jacuzzi, tv connection and pocket door to commode. The tile floors have an inlay design.Upstairs you have two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath as well as a den at the top of the stairs and a bonus room over the garage. Extra insulation in the attic and all interior and exterior walls. Cable and phone outlets in almost all the rooms. Closet space galore All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Basement is heated and cooled with a single car (or boat) garage, entry door and French doors below the deck, insulated ceiling, concrete floors.
