What I love about the home

This building is beautiful! So close to downtown, LoDo, Coors Field but still has the feel of a smaller neighborhood. Many residents have dogs and there is a dog park on the property as well as across the street. Walk to 16th St, or the 17th St. restaurant area in just a couple of minutes. 2 garage parking spaces included as well as storage. Owner is related to a real estate broker in Colorado. Do not call for marketing purposes.
