Be close to all the downtown action while enjoying the serenity of a river view. The lovely brownstone allows you to walk to nearly every restaurant and event downtown, especially the Farmers Market that is 1.5 blocks away! This two story home has the convenience of it's own entrance off the street, while also offering heated, secure underground parking. Walk into an open lower level with bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Upstairs you will find an open area that's perfect for guests, a tv room, or an office. 2 bedrooms available with a large full bathroom. The upstairs balcony view of the river and sunrise may be one of the best spots in town! (Especially for 4th of July fireworks!) This development offers a beautiful green space that is full of flowers in the warmer months. 

What I love about the home

Convenient location to all downtown venues and events; right on the new River Walk. Private front door overlooking Des Moines river; back door access to parking garage. Fabulous 2-story layout with open floor plan on first floor.
