There is a kid?s carpeted, heated and air-conditioned 4-season kids playhouse viewable from the kitchen.
The house is protected by having two generators that supply 1500 watts (full power). Each work independently so if one goes down, the other is up. (Never happened.) There are three garage spaces (two are heated) and a circular drive surrounding an island of trees on a cul-de-sac. The house also has an ADP alarm system (also never used.) Although isolated on the cul-de-sac and in a private neighborhood, the Merritt Parkway is minutes away and I-95 and Metro-North are 12 minutes away.
We?re downsizing, so the house can be bought or rented and if it is bought, there could be a built-in renter (us) if you prefer to grow into the space.
