If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood then this home is for you. Located on the top of a Cul-De-Sac, you will not be disappointed. The house has wonderful hardwood floors throughout and has two separate living rooms. The first living room offers a great view of the front yard and the second living room is toward the back of the home that has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. From here there is access to a very large covered patio. The patio is perfect for entertaining guests. The backyard is very spacious and is ideal for pets. The kitchen has plenty of room and has granite counters, a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The bedrooms have plenty of room so getting a good night's rest will not be a problem. There is no shortage in finding something to eat. Along Brandon Blvd you find a wide variety of restaurants to eat at. In the mood for seafood, go to Willie's Seafood Restaurant, Chinese food, there's Chopstick Restaurant; anything you want you will find in addition to numerous fast food chains.
