Upstairs living area has large master bedroom and bath area with dual sink basins, plenty of cabinetry, separate large bathtub and shower, walk-in closet and secondary closet and three additional spacious bedrooms (2 with walk-in closets). Second upstairs bathroom is spacious and also has two sink basins with bath/shower combo. Walk-in laundry area also located upstairs. First and second floors have two and a half baths in total. Main floor has fireplace, library cabinets, custom island kitchen. Custom finished 3/4" real hardwood throughout main floor, complimented with carpet and tile. Basement was finished by builder during construction of house and includes one finished bedroom, one full bath, finished and unfinished storage and carpeted living area approximately 20' x 40'. Basement living area is south facing with plenty of natural lighting. Central heating and air conditioning with humidifier built-in. Four-car garage is semi finished and has 2 x 220v outlets. Garage-door opener included. House is wired for cable/internet access throughout. Custom driveway/ramp is three cars wide and the only one of its type in the neighborhood by the builder--makes for easy backing of boats, trailers, etc. Additional concrete walkway and storage pad added by builder. Fully landscaped front and back with automated sprinkler system. Sprinkler system has access to community grey water source that is included in ownership of house (summer months). Upgraded 50-year hail-resistant roofing added. Backyard fenced in with double-wide gate access to back concrete pad. Basement window-wells protected against accidental/unwanted entry. Custom finished stonework on front of house by builder also only one of its type in neighborhood. Community park located directly across the street from house provides great daytime play area for family and kids and also provides breath-taking unobstructed views of Long's Peak and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Culvert behind house and dead-end street provide open area and limited traffic. Low monthly HOA fees ($55/month). 

What I love about the home

The features unique to house--custom island kitchen (true island, no bar-back as in other homes), added fireplace, custom finished 3/4" real wood flooring, builder-finished basement with bedroom, full bath and large, well lighted living area, custom driveway and ramp, semi-finished four-car garage, custom stone finish on house and fifty-year hail resistant roof makes this home the only one of its type in neighborhood by this builder. Finished landscape front and back with automated sprinkler system and access to community grey water (free of charge, during summer months only) also add to the overall uniqueness of this house. Add direct park access with fantastic, unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and this house is a keeper!
