My Notes

This mid-century home boasts an outstanding renovation that was completed with great care and detail, particularly in consideration of historic significance. All colors are from Behr paints National Historic Preservation colors. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is spectacular with a glass mosaic backsplash, gas range, pantry, hidden stacked washer and dryer and the cabinetry is high-end Maple tongue-in-groove construction. In the main home, both the master bath and the 2nd hall bath feature original tile work that is in immaculate condition and each bath has an additional built-in space-heater unit. The high-efficiency HVAC with UV light filtration system is also new. The great room has 2 sets of French doors with an exit to the back yard deck. It could also be used as a 3rd bedroom. The living room, with fireplace, is large providing a lot of versatility in the floor plan. The original swing door between the kitchen and formal dining area has a hand carved ornamental feature. The 2-car garage has in-law quarters above with 1 bedroom, a bath and a great room. This area, and the deck off the main house are nearly finished but offers from buyer completing some work will be considered. Seller has purchased some appliances for the in-law quarters.
