Enjoy this pleasant space and living pool side. This unit has two bedrooms, two baths, in unit laundry and fireplace. Most of the appliances have been updated as well as all the light fixtures and windows. The new Pella patio door steps onto outdoor living space on the back side of the building, giving wonderful privacy. The pool is just steps away to be enjoyed on those hot summer days. One underground parking space and some storage finishes the package. Enjoy!
