Beautiful two-story house in Spring Hill feels like it was built last week. Practical Summit open floorplan (3 bed/2 full bath in 1700 sq ft) is both beautiful, clean, and sensible for a family. The house features include the sitting porch, 2-car parking, newer flooring thru-out, large fenced backyard. House has a neighborhood pool with new elementary school and county recreation center nearby.Inside the house are 6 main areas: downstairs family room, kitchen, with two bedrooms. The upstairs has a master suite and large bedroom/office/playroom. The downstairs is updated with new durable bamboo flooring, and the upstairs contains a new expanded full master bathroom, closet and new carpet.In terms of style, the look is open, clean, fresh, farm urban. Freshly painted interior as well as select knobs, fixtures, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with solid wood oak cabinets with new stainless appliances to be delivered after move-out and before move-in (energy-star freezer-below refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher) with disposal and washer/dryer hookups. Also, bedrooms layout offers flexibility for a master downstairs or master upstairs configuration. The front porch also serves as a reading spot and conversation area. The house sets on a large level mid-block lot with newly fenced backyard. For the utilitarian, windows are double-paned, dressed with 2 wooden blinds. Utilities are natural gas furnace & water heater with electric on other appliances. Thermally, it's 2 houses in 1 because the downstairs has a separate heating/cooling system from the upstairs with a sealing door to separate. For planning purposes, the land and house was designed for an addition to include a two car garage with another bedroom upstairs. Fantastic features are also exterior to the house. 1 block from Longview Elementary school which is next to Williamson County's Recreation Center with two pools, tennis, racquetball, gym, classes. The Wakefield subdivision also has a subdivision pool where lease includes pass to swim and sunbath. Neighborhood pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day (included with rent). The young neighborhood is active with neighbors eager to make friends. Target, Kohl's, Home Depot, Public, Kroger have just opened a short hop away with favorite restaurants nearby. The backyard has a new wooden fence and a storage shed (8x10 Lifetime). Built by respected John Maher Builders, winner of the Nashville Business Journal's 20 Best in Business Award. Williamson County Schools: Longview Elementary, Heritage Middle, and Independence High. Wakefield is located 20 minutes from Franklin/Cool Springs. Good access to Murfreesboro and Columbia. Straight rent is $1,420 two year lease with $1,250 one-time security deposit.
