This property just came back on the market. The pictures are old and the property is ready to move into. The main floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen. The basement is unfinished but the walls and floors are painted. The large backyard is fenced in with a small deck beck.
This isn't Section 8 but I do have 2,3, and 4 bedroom properties that are but not ready until April/May. Contact me for more details.

Evictions: No recent evictions. You might have to pay a double if your eviction isn't recent.
Credit: Credit Friendly!! No collections against you from Ameren or Laclede so you can get the utilities turned on in your name. If you do, a letter from the utility company stating you can get them turned on in your name will be needed to finish processing the application.
Pets: There is a $300 pet deposit for properties with carpet and no pets allowed in apartments.
Age Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 25 and over for 1 bedroom apartments.
