This is a Fannie Mae Home Path Property. If you elect to finance this home it qualifies for Home Path Renovation Financing with as little as 3% down. This home locaterd near Welcome Elementary School is very unique in many of its features. The 3 bedroom traditional brick ranch sits on approximately 1.28 acres. Little updating has been done leaving you to personalize the home and take advantage of energy tax credits during your remodeling. It would appear at some point that the brick ranch was added on to and it now has a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower level. The studio has a full bath, a modified kitchen area with fridge/stove and sink & cabinet area. There is a newer gas hotwater heater on the property for the main house. The fenced rear yard includes a large wooden storage shed. The bigger question lies in the vacant land to the left of the driveway which is part of this parcel. Past MLS listings state this lot could be a separate parcel at some future point. Parker Sewerhas done a "Smoke" test and confirmed the main house and studio are on sewer. Assoc. Docs will have a sewer line "map".the trunk for the sewer lies at the rear of our lot, with it's usual set backs. There is potential, it would appear, for the lot to the left of driveway to be developed. Mobile homes are in the neighborhood and there are no known restrictions.
