The John Marshall was Richmond s grand hotel when it opened in 1929. It eventually shut down in 1998, then we began a $70 million renovation to restore it to its original glory: the Richmond landmark is now home to ballrooms and 238 luxury apartments! That usually ranges between $30 and $80 a month. - Granite Countertops, black GE appliances, high efficiency in-unit washer and dryer, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and most come with carpeted walk-in closets. - 24/7 lobby attendant and controlled access building. - A 2000 square foot fitness center with cardio machines, circuit training, medicine balls and plenty of flat screen televisions and personal trainers on call. - 3 high-speed elevators and a freight elevator for easy move-in. - 10 and 14 foot ceilings - Optional views of the Downtown skyline, the James River and more! - Resident Grilling Area behind the building during the warmer months! - Concierge services available (free grocery delivery on Wednesdays from Relay Foods, dry cleaning w free pick-up and delivery from Elite Cleaners, and residential meal delivery service from our on-site catering company to name a few!) - Private residential clubroom with free Wi-Fi, 3 flat screen TV s, coffee bar, game tables, and a fireplace! - On-site retail space and catering available - Two bedroom, 2 bath guest suite available to rent while your friends and family visit for $110 a night! - Walking distance to MCV, VCU, Downtown business district, Center Stage, Carpenter Theatre, the National, amazing restaurants and more!
