Exterior Features:****Front home**** This house is on a 6,534 sq ft lot. Curb appeal is fair. Siding is wood lap siding in fair condition with excessive peeling paint. . Roof is asphalt shingle in fair condition. Home has a gravel driveway and is situated on a corner lot with a small outbuilding in the backyard. *****Rear home**** Home sits on the same lot. Curb appeal is fair. Siding is wood siding in fair condition with areas of repair needed as well as paint. Roof is asphalt shingle in poor condition. Home has a small concrete driveway. Home is condemned.Interior Features:****Front home**** This is a 2 bed 1 bath house with 1,512 sq ft. Flooring is carpet and vinyl in poor condition. The kitchen has a detached stove that does not appear functional. Cabinets, sink, faucet, and countertop all appear functional. Sheetrock repair needed in multiple locations in the house as well as most cosmetics. The bathroom appears to be intact with the exception of ceiling tiles that need to be replaced. ****Rear home**** Home is a 2 bed 1 bath with approximately 1000 sf. Flooring is a combo of vinyl and carpet in very poor condition. Signs of subfloor rot in back room. The kitchen appears functional but no appliances exist.
