Wonderful ranch plan! Lives big! For example, master bedroom is 14 x 15. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. No wasted space here. Very well maintained! New Sherwin Williams paint on exterior. Neutral paint colors throughout interior 2 years ago. New fence. CARPET in ONLY TWO ROOMS! Carpet only 2 years old. All other rooms tile or hardwoods. There are vinyl floors in guest bath. Hardwood floors only 2 years old. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms. Master bath with separate shower and luxury bath. Plantation blinds. Mega high cathedral ceilings in living area and kitchen. HUGE fenced backyard. Professionally landscaped yard. Ornamental pond. Amazing house for the price! Very unique and NOT cookie cutter. Real stone on the front of the house. Great curb appeal. Great neighborhood only steps from the Apex Greenway and schools. 

What I love about the home

Wow! What a home. Great yard for playing or for the dogs. Wonderful house for gatherings because of the deck and flagstone patio. We really like the circular driveway that you can fit four cars easily in. Corner lot allows for a lot of privacy. Former model home. Only one house beside the house and none behind it. Very close to all major highways and Apex greenway. All owners in the cul-de-sac are original owners and this says a lot about the neighborhood. Houses for sale in our neighborhood typically sell quick within 2 weeks of listing. This is an immaculate home and very well maintained. It is move in ready. It's not on the market, but would consider selling for 169,500.
