My Notes

This condo is absolutely maticulous and the nicest condo in the area. The condo is move-in ready and situated in beautiful Chinatown. The condo is in walking distance to area department stores & shopping, local pubs, theatres, coffee shops, SEPTA, Amtrak, Hahnemann Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, Reading Terminal, Market East Station & I95. Other featues include beautiful hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings with exposed beams & pipes and brick walls, central air, washer, dryer & refrigerator included. The kitchen has a small eating area where you can fit two barstools. Very low monthly PECO bill. There is a 24 hour 7 days a week doorperson as well. This condo is easy and convenient to see.
