Located 1/2 block to Georgetown waterfront park. 1/2 block to M Street with Georgetown's best shops and restaurants, 1 block to AMC Movie theater and Ritz-Carlton Georgetown. 5 blocks from Crescent Loop Trail which is a jogging/bike path that extends 11 miles up to Bethesda.
