House is Holgate address; TH duplex is 4423-27 SE 102nd Ave. No fixer! Well maintained quality with good rents. House remodeled in 2013. Would make a great owner-occupied home. Rent from two apartments would really lower your living costs! On bus line. Close to parks and I-205 to go anywhere in Metro area. Easy, easy to rent.
