Neighborhood Description
this neighborhood is one of the safest in Kailua. You are within two blocks of 4 major grocery stores, Safeway, Foodland, Times Supermarket and Don Quote ( formerly Daiei ). Also, the post office, Jamba juice, Starbucks, Macy's, Long's drugs. You name it and you are within a block or two. It is 1 mile to the beach. Either a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. This property has 24-7 security. The seven complexes in the Kailua gardens are accessible by only one road. After 10 pm the close one entrance so there is only one entrance at night.
