Neighborhood Description - nice neighborhood
Nice quiet neighborhood. The house faces Hanna Ave. The duck pond is one block down and a great walking circle. Neighbors are decent and the landlord/owner is wonderful! Ask all MY neighbors!!!! I have references and will check yours too.

What I love about the home

I love my home and am blessed to have raise 6 health kids who are all grown up now. The neighborhood is great and I am able to share the home with foks that need to save money and become self sufficient! We are working ladies here and get along well 813 238-2525....looking for someone that is willing to do their part and live nicely $600 a month and maybe paid weekly or biweekly or by the month. Everything included, utilities, cable, internet etc. paper goods included
