This place is recently renovated and modern in appearance. I am looking for 2 other female roommates between 18-24. The bedrooms are spacious. Overall this townhouse is a clean, well maintained place to live. All maintenance, including plumbing, pest control, air, and handyman work, are free of charge and can be there within a few hours if need be. The townhouse is 5 minutes from FGCU.
