Pets are welcome and there is a private courtyard overlooking the river. Condo fee includes, heating/cooling, water, hot water, sewer, building maintenance and more. Rental parking options nearby - call for more details. The condo currently has the developers original finishes and is undergoing an update. The update is reflected in the price. What I love about the home

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It's all about the Third Ward; restaurants, shopping, galleries, and more! Private docks available for use for River Renaissance Community and there is a great River Walk with easy access from the building, leading all throughout downtown!
