My Notes

Edit
Historical home with 3800 sq ft approx., 4 bed, 2 up and 2 down, 3 baths on very large treed lot, 3 living areas plus guest cottage with kitchen and bathroom. Two sun rooms plus a second floor veranda overlooking treed lot. Two fireplaces - one in front parlor and other is in den. Home warranty available upon request.
Neighborhood Description
Great little neighborhood. Very close to downtown with lots of growing business and little shops. Easy access to main highways.

What I love about the home

The best home ever! Great historical home called The Dawes House, built by Henry L. Dawes, the chairman of the Dawes Commission and primary author of The Dawes Rolls. The sunroom is a great place to relax. Lots of room to entertain especially with the number of rooms which can give plenty of room for people to go. Great for families and for kids. Guest house can be a great place for a family member, an office, for company or even to rent. This is an amazing house that has been very well kept. The corner lot is a great place for recreation, kids or can even be sold as it is already surveyed by the city as a separate lot.
